Required Documents

1. Completed application. (Entry Visa)
2. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the time of departure.
3. Two passport size color photographs (4cmx 3cm) with a light background.
4. Acceptance letter issued from a university/ an educational institute of Sri Lanka.
5. Visa approval letter from the Department of Immigration & Emigration of Sri Lanka.
