Registration of Birth
Births must be registered within 3 months. Applications between 3–12 months from birth must include a written explanation for the delay.
Required Documents
  • Form B4 – Application Form
  • Original Birth Certificate from Saudi hospital with certified Arabic translation
  • Copies of parents’ passports (data pages)
  • Marriage Certificate of parents (certified by MFA)

From 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
(Sunday to Thursday)
