4. Pre-departure Expenses Letter / Commission Letter – Download
5. Business Registration of Saudi Agent with English translation (with copy)
6. A copy of the License Certificate of the Saudi Agent
7. Saudi Agent / Owner’s ID Copy
8. Authorization Letter for Agency Representative with ID Copy
9. Duly filled Application Form No. 01 – Download
10. Duly filled Application Form No. 02 – Download
11. Duly filled Application Form No. 03 – Download
12. Duly filled Application Form No. 04 – Download

Attestation Fee: SAR 675.00

Agency Registration & Renewal Fee: SAR 160.00 (Validity: 1 Year)

Note: Recruitment companies/agencies may submit completed documents via the Online Attestation system. Once the Embassy confirms receipt of forwarded documents, instructions to pay the attestation fee online will be provided. All documents must be submitted in full.
