A death can be registered at the Embassy under Section 7 of the Consular Functions Act if: (1) the deceased is a Sri Lankan citizen, and (2) the death occurred in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, Hail, Qassim, Jawf, Arar or Jubail).
