• Power of attorney between the Sri Lankan & Saudi agents (chamber-certified)
• Original agreement between agents (chamber-certified) ·
• Sample employment contract
• Sri Lankan agent's licence copy
• Location map of the Saudi agent
• Authorisation letter for the agency representative with ID
• Presence of a Sri Lankan translator from the agency
• Duly completed application forms.
