The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Riyadh publishes selected bid notices, procurement opportunities, tender documents, and related announcements received from Sri Lankan government institutions for the information of interested parties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prospective bidders should review the official bid document carefully and communicate directly with the relevant issuing authority in Sri Lanka for clarifications, submission requirements, eligibility, bid securities, deadlines, and any amendments issued after publication.

How Bid Notices Will Be Published
- Each notice will include the bid title, issuing government institution, publication date, closing date, and available document links.
- Where applicable, supporting documents such as invitations for bids, specifications, corrigenda, and application forms will be uploaded as PDF files.
- Applicants should check the issuing authority’s official website or contact point for any updates issued after the Embassy publishes the notice.
Submitting Bid Documents
Unless a notice specifically states otherwise, bid submissions should be made directly to the issuing authority in Sri Lanka according to the instructions in the relevant bid document. The Embassy does not accept responsibility for late, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted bids.
