• Power of Attorney between Sri Lanka Agent and Saudi Agents,
• Pre-departure expenses letter/ commission letter
• Business Registration of Saudi Agent with English translation with a copy
• A copy of the license Certificate of the Saudi Agent
• Saudi Agent/Owner’s ID Copy
• Authorization Letter for Agency Representative with ID Copy
• Duly filled application forms No 01
• Duly filled application forms No 02
• Duly filled application forms No 03
• Duly filled application forms No 04
• Attestation Fees SAR- 675.00
• Agency registration & renewal fees SAR – 160.00 ( Validity period is 01 year )

Note:

The Recruitment Companies/Agencies also can be submitted their completed documents through ONLINE attestation.

(After the confirmation of received documents which forwarded by the relevant Company/Agency the Embassy will inform to pay the attestation fee through ONLINE)
