General Information 

1. Applicants must personally hand over the application along with the supporting documents to the Embassy. The originals will be returned after perusal.

2. All applications can be downloaded or available in the Embassy, Consulate General office –Jeddah and Consular Mobile service at Dammam (First week of the every month).

3. Application fees should be paid in cash at the counter of the Embassy and an official receipt obtained. Do not send cash by post. The Embassy shall not accept responsibility for any loss of cash sent by post. 

 

Required documents

Following documents are required to be submitted (Originals with 01 set of photocopies from each) along with the duly completed Form  K 35

1. Your present passport (Original passport will be returned in the same day).

2. Four colour photographs colour photo with white background size 4.5cm.X 3.5cm.

   • Clear/Fresh/With ears open /without spectacles & hair bands/ without caps & Badges

   • Photo graphs should be taken within three months

3. The Embassy forwards the applications to the Department of Immigration and Emigration, Colombo. Passports are issued by the Controller of Immigration & Emigration in Sri Lanka. If the application is correctly filled and all supporting documents are attached in order.
