New passport in lieu of lost or damaged passport (1-2 Months)

Importance Notes

  1. If your passport is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the holder to inform the concerned authorities immediately. Failure to do so may result in your lost passport being used for illegal activities and you may be liable for aiding and abetting an offence.
  2. A passport reported as lost or stolen can no longer be used for travel.  The details of cancellation will be automatically shared worldwide through INTERPOL to avoid misuse.  Never use the lost passport again.  You are strongly advised to obtain a new passport immediately to avoid inconvenience.
  3. If you recover the passport after you have reported it lost or stolen, please submit it to the relevant authorities. When you submit it, if requested – we will cancel it and return it to you. If not requested, it will be destroyed.
  4. Once a passport is reported lost or stolen, it cannot be re-validated.


Required Documents

  1. Completed form (Form K 35 A)
  2. Copy of the lodge complaint at a closest police station to you or Immigration Department (Jawasath) in KSA
  3. Four colour photographs with white background Size 4.5cm.X 3.5cm.
  4. Clear/Fresh/With earsopen /without spectacles & hair bands/ without caps & Badges
  5. Photographs should be taken within three months
  6. Copy of the data page of the passport.(if available)
