Sri Lanka Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ameer Ajwad was received by the Chairman of Ashqariya Chamber of the Eastern Province Dr. Bader S. AlReziza together with the Vice Chairman Mr Hamad Alamar and Secretary General of the Chamber Mr AbdulRahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel at the Chambers Headquarters in Dammam on 18.12.2024.
Both sides held a productive bilateral discussion with a view to exploring ways and means to further consolidate private sector cooperation and collaboration between the two countries. The meeting was followed by a dedicated Forum for the promotion of Sri Lanka trade, Investment and Tourism in Saudi Arabia.
Minister/ Head of Chancery, Mr. Mohamed Anas and First Secretary (Trade) Ms. TashmaVithanawasem were also present during the meeting.
